OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
